he Social Committee is one of the four committees. It plans and facilitates fun events that bring the Newman Club together and even have some open events for the public as well as the club. These events are a lot of fun, and very affordable! Remember prom and the fifty dollar tickets? Our spring dance costed ten dollars for Newman Club Members and was a blast! It featured a complete meal cooked by a few of the members with appetizers, meal, drinks, and dessert. It was a great dance and a great bonding experience for a lot of the members. Pictures from the dance can be seen here.The Social Committee is unique in the fact that it focuses on having fun and bringing a sense of cohesion to members of the group!
