Joe LiVolsi

My name is Joe LiVolsi, and I’ve grown up in Peace Dale, Rhode Island, just ten minutes down the road from campus.  I’m now entering my sixth year, here at URI, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and German, with a minor in Computer Engineering.  In addition to being the Treasurer of Newman Club, I am also the Vice President of the College Republicans, and the President of the Rhode Island Beta Chapter of Tau Beta Pi, the Engineering Honors Society.  I’m obsessed with history and even prehistory; I love to play soccer, and enjoy all kinds of music.  My spare time is best spent in contact with my friends or writing, whether it be an editorial or my own creation, and I have also become an amateur insect collector, and sing in the choir at the 8pm masses.

 

My favorite Newman event is the regular meetings.
